Editing/Canceling Orders
If you need to edit or cancel an order, please email contact@amluzzader.com with your order number. We'll make every effort to help. That said, we try to ship quickly, and once an order has been processed we can't make changes. If that happens, we offer a 30-day return option for a full product refund.
Shipping Speed
Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Orders are shipped from Utah or Iowa. Shipping is $5.30 for Economy Shipping, this option uses Media Mail through the US Post Office, which generally takes 5 to 8 business days to arrive after leaving our store.
Standard Shipping is $13.50 and we usually use USPS Priority Shipping (UPS can be used upon request) and takes 3 to 5 business days to arrive after leaving our store. Please note that shipping times are estimates and we can't guarantee delivery dates once your order is with the carrier.
