Refund policy
Thank you for choosing our product. We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you wish to return the product and request a refund, please follow our return policy guidelines below. We offer full product refunds for items returned in new condition within 30 days.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original new condition, undamaged, and without obvious signs of use.

Timeframe: You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a return and refund.

Refund Method: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for the returned item.

Exceptions: The following items are not eligible for return or refund: customized or personalized products, digital downloads, gift cards, and sale or clearance items. Author-signed and personalized books are not eligible for refunds. Items that are visibly used or damaged are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
